- Experience working on a white-label and/or SaaS platform extremely helpful
- You are a systems thinker whose solutions to design problems are flexible enough to work with any language, branding, pricing display, imagery, or other aspect of data variability
- You can estimate the time and effort required for different types of work, and make adjustments the moment targeted milestones appear at risk, resetting expectations or scope as needed.
- Must have basic knowledge of HTML & CSS, enough to communicate effectively with engineers. Huge bonus points for experience with Jira, UserZoom.com, Sketch and Axure. Even more bonus points for experience in the travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or financial services industry.
- As the Client UXPO you will serve as product owner for cross-functional team of designers and front-end developers, owning the refinement and prioritization of the team’s backlog
- Work closely with product and engineering leaders, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather new feature requirements, understand business priorities and keep team aligned with goals and timelines of broader system roadmap.
- Generate wireframes, prototypes and final design specs as needed to advance team’s objectives
- Design, execute, and synthesize learnings from user research and usability studies and communicate results both internally and externally.
- Collaborate diplomatically and effectively with client stakeholders, representing the company’s best interests while maximizing client satisfaction.
- Represent team’s interests and communicate progress and achievements to stakeholders and other team leads in regular agile and scrum ceremonies.
- Be a champion of user-centered design thinking and lean UX methodologies, always seeking to improve processes in place to maximize efficiencies and team success.
