We are hiring for :

1. General Manager- pay ranges from $36,400-$50,000 plus(salary plus monthly bonus items)

2. AGM- pay ranges from $30,000-$38,000(salary plus monthly bonus items) OPENING NOW

3. Shift Leads- pay ranges from $24,700-29,000(we also offer $1-3 dollar an hour weekly bonuses if goals hit which will increase your take home pay)

We are a QSR based industry. All managers are hands on. From pizza making, to dough production, prep and training.

We are looking for TEAM and STAFF building managers that excel in development of it's staff. We are a hands on management team so all members will be required to work as well as lead their staff. But all managers will be required to help staff with all items from dough, sauce, to pizza making.

We will list 8 items that we are looking for in the interview process.

1. Leaders with a personality that wants to bring FUN to the job and our staff

2. Team players- and builders of a staff

3. Outside the box thinkers

4. People willing to adapt and grow and develop a unit

5. Must understand Microsoft, Word and Excel as well as spreadsheets. Then have the ability to take the goal we set and relay it to your staff

6. Ability to take our system in place and add your personality and make it run

7. Take 4-5 monthly goals and push your team to maximum results

8. Driven- set hourly pay with profit based sharing if goals are hit. We want to add players that will push to hit these goals so we keep the TEAM happy and the managers thriving.

We would prefer experience but not required.

Starting pay -$13-$14 to start during training, it can vary upon experience. Average training time takes 4-8 weeks.

We will hold 2 interviews. One traditional and one OTJ that will last a little over an hour to see what our company's are about.

1. Once hired we offer 1-2 weeks paid vacation depending upon the position.

2. Profit sharing monthly or weekly bonuses depending upon the position.

3. We are currently looking for opening, mid shift and closing positions. We try and work our managers on 4-10 hour days with 3 off.
