Here at the Fed we work as a team up and down the line as well as back to front of the house. Must be able to work weekends have 2 years high volume experience and be capable of working with this well oiled machine of a team. We are looking for a capable night line cook we need someone who can execute our menu consistently and handle food allergies properly. Night shift begins at 4:00pm kitchen closes 10pm Wednesday-Saturday and 9pm Sunday-Tuesday
· 2 year minimum experience working on the line, hot, cold and prep.
· Excellent knowledge of cooking procedures and safety measures.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend up to 8 hours standing/walking.
· Must be available to work nights, and weekends.
