Sushi Chef:
Seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to take the lead at our front-facing sushi counter. Responsibilities include breaking down fish, prepping the sushi line, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We're looking for a meticulous professional who thrives in engaging with guests and showcasing their culinary skills.
Line Cook:
We are looking for a Line Cook to join our Izakaya-style dining experience. This role requires multitasking and efficiency, involving tasks such as prepping meats, creating sauces, and managing multiple kitchen duties simultaneously. If you have a passion for cooking and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you could be the perfect addition to our team.
Experience:
We appreciate previous kitchen experience but are primarily looking for individuals who are dedicated and eager to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidates who show a commitment to culinary excellence and a desire to advance.
Schedule:
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Please specify your preferred working hours in your application.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $20 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and role performance. To show our appreciation, our team members receive a glass of sake at the end of each night and a bottle to take home.
