PURPOSE:
Are you seeking "More Than a Paycheck?" This is a great position for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience . The HR customer service position provides the opportunity to work with a team that strives on hard work, overcoming challenges and having fun while getting the job done. Under general supervision the temporary position provides administrative support. The position works 130 hours per month.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Work involves scanning, answering phones,and providing customers with information regarding different areas of HR & Recruiting. This will include the public, county departments and a variety of companies. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, and minimum six months work related experience to include customer service, administrative, and data entry skills.
The following are strongly preferred:
Solid MS Word & other office suite experience
Good verbal & written communication skills
Strong Customer Service Focus
Strong Attention to detail and critical thinking
Confidentiality
True Team Player
Offer of employment contingent of criminal history, MVR check and education verification.
Rate depending upon level of experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Requires a valid driver's license, if you are from out of state, you must obtain a valid Colorado driver's license within 30 days of hire date and you must not have any major violations, nor more than one DUI, DWI, DWAI conviction in the past three years.
