Location: Denver, CO (Open for remote)

Duration: 3+ months contract

About this position:This Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of a variety of types and levels of positions, which are assigned based on business need. This could include entry-level (clinical and non-clinical) to manager positions that could be in any of our clinic locations or business offices across the country. So, this role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude about tackling anything that comes along.Our emphasis on service excellence (to both hiring managers and candidates), creative sourcing strategies and overall productivity ensure that we are much more than just a recruiting team…. we are true business partners consulting with our customers to ensure the perfect match of talent. Skills:In addition to demonstrated success in all of these skills, other minimum requirements are:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting or 2 years’ experience in Human Resources required; healthcare related experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high volume recruiting department managing high traffic flow and multiple position/discipline openings preferred
  • Prior experience with electronic applicant tracking systems strongly preferred
  • Experience is staffing agency preferred

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly preferred
