- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting or 2 years’ experience in Human Resources required; healthcare related experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high volume recruiting department managing high traffic flow and multiple position/discipline openings preferred
- Prior experience with electronic applicant tracking systems strongly preferred
