Human Resources Representative - Bilingual Spanish/English

The Human Resources Field Representative supports the Enterprise by providing recruitment and new hire support, provides visibility and guidance on HR, supports Payroll and Training initiatives, executes HR/Operational support and HR customer relations.

Must be bilingual (Spanish & English) and able to undergo drug screen.

Position is located in the North Denver area.

Full-time position offering full benefits, PTO, paid holidays and IRA

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however other duties may be assigned.

Full cycle recruitment and hiring process for multi-states

Schedules and provides new hire orientation, completes all paperwork and clearance processing, ensures compliance & coordinate start dates and training with Operations

Support Ops recruitment as needed for replacements (create flyers, post ads, conduct background check and E-verify) and phase-ins of new accounts (all recruitment duties as appropriate)

Enforces compliance & Assure Form I-9 and E-Verify completion and compliance

Creates and maintains metrics and reports (turnover rates, Time to Fill, Staffing Summary, Applicant Tracker, etc)

Places Ads externally and internally, review resumes, identify quality candidates, prescreen, and schedule interviews as requested by Hiring Manager

Provides Guidance and Support on all HR issues

Identifies, provides visibility and resolves HR needs/requirements within our field operations

Facilitates distribution of training materials and receipt of training acknowledgements

Identifies field training needs

Conducts and documents workplace investigations

Attends employee corrective action meetings upon request

Attends union meetings with Operations as needed (when applicable)

Assists with benefits communications and questions as needed

Provides support for disciplinary and termination needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must have excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to function independently and to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals.

Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and integrity.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and work under pressure with multiple deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Must possess strong analytical skills, be well organized and have the ability to complete tasks on time.

Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a high level of organization

Must be able to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Works under minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $47,000.00 /year
