Need a can do maintenance guy for our apartment complex. We already have one guy on staff and are looking to hire a second guy that can help us pick up the pace on flipping vacants and helping with work orders. You need to be skilled in painting, drywall/texture, plumbing, and light electrical. We are paying $21 an hour on a 40 hour a week salary and we are looking to hire someone immediately.
