Lawyer or Law Clerk or Paralegal, Full-Time. Small 17th St., downtown, Denver litigation firm needs law clerk/lawyer or paralegal to work on business, contracts, construction, real estate and divorce matters for one or two lawyers. Trial docketing required. Pleadings, motions, memos, research, R. 26(a), etc. Document review, assemble evidence, legal drafting and trial work. Must be well organized and able to multi-task. Must be efficient, competent, reliable and have some litigation experience. If paralegal, must have 3 years minimum of trial calendar docketing. This is a good job for a new law grad or new lawyer learning litigation. Start immed. Good references required. $25/hour minimum based upon skills, experience and training. Send resume.
