We are searching for an outgoing, positive, and experienced paralegal to add to our amazing pre-litigation team. We enjoy a team-centric office and are looking for someone who thrives in such an environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Requesting medical records and bills;
Monthly case reviews;
In-depth analysis of medical records and bills;
Verifying all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and presented for maximum recovery;
Drafting demands;
Fostering and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication;
Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters.
Efficiency and accuracy are a must. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work with multiple attorneys. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a good attitude, and a team player mentality.
Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the personal injury field, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law office.
