Paint and Sip Artist Instructor (Greenwood Village)

Wine & Design, a leader in the paint-and-sip industry, is excited to be expanding into Colorado with a new studio in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

We are seeking some fun, charismatic art instructors here in Greenwood Village, CO for daytime, nights and weekends!

When our customers come to a Wine & Design event, they're out to have a good time. And that's exactly what our ARTertainers„ are going to deliver! At Wine & Design we believe everyone has an artist inside (no matter how deeply buried) and we work to make sure they enjoy the experience of discovering that for themselves.

ARTertainers„ are fun, dynamic personalities who can muscle a smile out of even the surliest of grumpsters. They take customers who have little to no artistic experience through a fun and engaging step-by-step process of creating their own painting to take home.

You might be an ARTertainer„ if you:

Paint! (preferably with acrylic)

Have been described as the life of the party

Have a knack for breaking awkward silences

Can break down complicated processes and communicate them clearly and simply

Easily command the attention of a crowd

Are usually the person talking your friends into random shenanigans

Are at ease going with the flow

Find working with and leading groups of people to be energizing

Extra credit if you:

Have ever taught or led a group

Have any experience in customer service

Experience with pottery glazing and firing (we have pottery pieces and a studio kiln!)

A day in the life:

Most days will be in the studio. Some will be out and about in the Denver Metro area. But generally, our ARTertainers„ can expect to regularly:

Create and develop new paintings

Set the mood and prep the studio for a class

Make incoming customers feel welcome and at ease

Walk customers through creation of their masterpiece

Foster and maintain the party atmosphere

Perhaps a bit of stand-up comedy (optional)

Tidy up (Ugh! We know. But somebody's got to do it)
