Our small but growing company needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent customer service skills. This job may include occasional weekend work. Were looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Organized general office work
Filing
Creating customer receipts
Creating routes for drivers
Experience:
Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Great communication skills
High level of organization
Knowledge of Google Apps desired by not necessary.
