We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team at South Range Crossing, a 204 unit apartment community in Parker, CO.

Position Summary:

The Compliance Coordinatorwould be responsible for processing all prospect applications and recertifications according to compliance regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable in federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to compliance including, but not limited to: Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC/Section 42)

Adhere to all Fair Housing laws and regulations

Review and pre-approve certification and recertification files within 24 hours of receipt

Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:

2years of previous experience

Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred

MS Office experience

Strong communication skills

Must know Section 42 LIHTC policies and regulations

Must be able to work on site and have reliable transportation
