Local residential services company is looking for a customer service rep / admin. Must have experience with Excel spreadsheets for data entry. Must be dependable, detail oriented, organized, and have a positive attitude. Must type at least 40wpm.
The duties include taking incoming phone calls, handling voicemail, emails, filing, data entry and spreadsheet reports. Will help with call center customer service overflow and assist general manager with administrative tasks.
