Your Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant
Efficient and effective assistance in office administration
Coordination of shipping operations
Product quality assurance inspections
Manage customer outreach by email marketing campaigns, maintaining contact list, and capturing and posting weekly availability pictures
What We Need from You
Excellent PC proficiency including Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrate ability to work independently and under time constraints with strong project management skills
Communicate effectively with office staff, other employees and customers
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Accurate data entry skill
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Plant (annuals, perennials and vegetables) knowledge very helpful

This is an opportunity to work with a great group of people. Schedule would be primarily 8 am - 4.30 pm, M-F with occasional seasonal Saturdays. Blooma Farms offers a comprehensive total compensation package including a competitive salary (starting pay rate of $18 to $20 per hr), 100% Paid Training. Wages and benefits are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
