Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Cleaning common areas, including hallways and community room.
- Cleaning and sweeping the office areas.
- Removing trash from various trash cans.
- Keeping exterior of the building free from trash.
- Assisting with cleaning in vacant apartments.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Integrity and honesty.
- An excellent attention to detail.
