Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Overview:
PMI is looking for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight within our multi state portfolio. In this role, you will ensure that our safety and maintenance standards are achieved and sustained across a multifamily portfolio of approximately 3500 units. You will be responsible to implementing and maintaining training programs. You will oversee all maintenance operations, obtain the best value for our maintenance and capital expenditure dollars, as well as provide leadership to our site maintenance team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversees maintenance operations of our multi state portfolio
Ensures that all apartment upkeep, building maintenance, and unit turnovers are completed to PMI standards
Obtains competitive bids for large capital expenditures, evaluates the bids, and makes recommendations to senior management
Reviews site specific work order production reports and complete maintenance audits
Assists in hiring, training, and developing new team members
Organizes and dispatches a “tech team” of skilled team members that can take on and perform special tasks including but not limited to: code compliance, trouble shooting and repair of MEP issues, stair and rail maintenance, make ready blitz when necessary and incident clean up.
Ensures team members are following safety standards and safe work practices as well as oversee maintenance team responses in emergency situations.
Works with Senior Management and Property Managers to maintain budgets and forecast deferred maintenance and capital expenditures
Ensures compliance of all properties with federal, state, local and REAC inspections.
Assists owner and development team with assessments and recommendations of new property opportunities.
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from Director of Operations.
Willing to travel as required

Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Vocational or Technical Training in Maintenance, Facilities or Management preferred
Working knowledge and understanding of all MEPF systems
OSHA 30
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
8-10 years maintenance experience
5-8 years of supervisory management experience.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary range from $70K-$90K based on experience and credentials.
