Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and fashion-savvy E-commerce Specialist to manage and elevate our Whatnot campaign and assist with daily eBay operations. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of fashion brands, a passion for finding high-quality clothing, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
Whatnot Campaign Management:
Organize and manage live shows on Whatnot, engaging with the audience, showcasing products, and driving sales.
Strategize, plan, and execute campaigns to grow the Whatnot presence and boost engagement.
eBay Operations Assistance:
Photograph and list items for eBay, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality images.
Manage shipping logistics, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with shipping providers.
Conduct regular maintenance and organization of clothing inventory to ensure items are readily accessible and in optimal condition.
Product Sourcing:
Use your brand knowledge to identify and source high-quality clothing pieces.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and sought-after brands to continually find the best pieces for our store.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of fashion brands, designers, and industry trends.
Experience with eBay or other e-commerce platforms (preferred but not required).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and complete tasks on time.
Prior experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in brand/fashion knowledge through continuous training.
