- Work with customer and their Alternative Access Vendors
- Perform engineering services to enable all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance, sustainment of existing networks and identification/correction of complex internetwork issues.
- Analyze design, specifications, and related documents. Implement communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of a networked enterprise environment.
- Assist in site surveys, system installations, configuration management, maintenance, modernization, and sustainment of a global Enterprise Network.
- Design and Deploy Functional Networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
- Configure SDWAN VeloCloud devices, Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Palo Alto- Firewalls, Cisco Wireless LAN controllers, Cisco Wireless Access points and monitor them through the Network monitoring Tools.
- Resolve day-to-day network Operations Priority tickets through ticketing tool. Communicate and assist the customer until the ticket/issue is resolved.
