Candidate will be required to perform project management duties associated with our industrial hygiene group in Denver.

Duties include:

Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced team members

Prepare environmental building surveys (asbestos, mold, lead, radon, etc.)

Perform abatement oversight activities

Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports

Prepare indoor air quality assessments

Prepare project bidding specification packages

Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of prepared reports

Prepare proposals

Write technical reports

Lead project efforts

Meet and interact with clients

New client business development

Project related travel as needed

Desired skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science/industrial hygiene or a related science field

Minimum 3 years experience of environmental abatement oversight

Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations

EPA AHERA-accredited Inspector, Project Designer Project Manager, or Supervisor

Microbial indoor air quality experience

Well organized

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft programs and project management software)

Superior technical writing abilities

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Project management and a technical specialty.
