JOB SUMMARYThe Group Vice President of Digital Platforms is responsible for the oversight of all cross-platform initiatives for a large portfolio of Charter's digital experiences. This role will oversee a variety of programs, including digital buy flows, digital identity, video theft of service, and digital notifications. This position will also lead cross-team operations, technology and experience standards, user experience research, copy and content management, as well as visual storytelling and team operations for all of Digital Platforms. This executive will achieve success by establishing an operational playbook of continuous, high quality delivery as well as a data-driven approach for improvement and customer satisfaction.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Oversee the product management for critical programs across Entertainment and Self-Service portfolios.

Lead lifecycle management to eliminate product defects, identify areas for experience improvement and report on the effectiveness of recent feature enhancements. Includes: Digital Buy flows, Notifications, Identity and Authentication, Application Security, Theft of Service and Password Sharing.

Partner closely with external business units and stakeholders (Marketing, Customer Operations) as a service-organization to design and oversee required roadmaps.

Drive innovation by defining, establishing, and improving experience standards across the broader set of Charter's Digital Platforms. Includes common design practices, shared design tools, oversight and management of adherence to agreed upon standards.

Establish and enable the standards for the Digital Platforms domain. Drive consistent use of tools as well as oversee adherence to global technology and company standards.

Oversee the centralized user experience research organization - enabling insights across the broader Digital Platforms Organization.

Oversee the centralized function for content and copy. Ensure consistent use of text and long-term strategic innovation for the management and evolution of content within the Digital Platforms Organization.

Provide presentation, animation, event, and storytelling support for the broader Product & Technology organization.

Consistently track, measure and report for cross-team business-critical programs such as headcount and staffing, contractor and budget management, claims and awards.

Own and execute responsibilities for various high-visibility, cross-organization strategic programs.

Provide operational support for Digital Platforms across numerous domains including: executive assistant staff, event planning, compliance, reporting and auditing.

Develop and maintain a communications plan for stakeholders and process participants; responsible for leading executive-level meetings.

Develop and lead monthly routine program reviews with the senior executive team and cross-functional peers.

Build, motivate, inspire and develop a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver; lead, manage, champion and coach the team with a practiced model of reporting metrics and performance benchmarks.

Lead lifecycle management of the platform ecosystem to eliminate product defects, identify areas for experience improvement and report on the effectiveness of recent feature enhancements.

Oversee the design and implementation of relevant software components, platform architecture, technical scaffolding, and operational processes.

Partner closely with Customer Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, Network Operations, and Field Operations organizations to achieve success.

Provide oversight, prioritization, storytelling, and guidance prior to and throughout the execution of critical Digital Platforms programs.

Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of transparency and openness.

Enable a metrics-driven culture by setting measurable goals for teams, leaders and self.

Oversee the information architecture and design for various user experience standards. Drive team to create simple, universal, and cohesive experiences that customers enjoy using.

Develop reporting metrics, performance benchmarks, and dashboards to motivate and hold the organization accountable to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Oversee development milestones, project timelines, budget and go-to market initiatives. Optimize for speed and predictability.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $236,200.00 to $393,800.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
