SALARY INFO: $14 - $15 per hour
Hours: Saturday and Sunday OVERNIGHTS - 12:50am - 8:30am (More hours come available to cover vacations and other shifts if you have the flexibility.)
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure community for our residents and staff. This position monitors and ensures a quick response in the event of a medical or mechanical emergency.
Requirements include: Must possess a valid driver's license & HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS Ability to assess and conceptualize the security needs of the community and act accordingly, especially in emergency situations. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise good judgment and ability to work with confidential information. Must be in good physical condition. CPR/AED certified preferred but will train if needed. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
