Automotive Body and Paint Estimator

We are currently seeking a talented Automotive Body and Paint Estimator to join our team. The Automotive Body and Paint Estimator will play a vital role in assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and coordinating with insurance, technicians and customers throughout the repair process. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of vehicle damage, including body and paintwork
Prepare detailed repair estimates based on the extent of damage and required repairs
Communicate and timely provide necessary documents, photos to insurance adjusters
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, timelines, and cost estimates
Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and materials
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the repair process
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an automotive body and paint estimator or similar role
Strong knowledge of automotive body repair and paint processes
Proficiency with computerized estimating systems and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Certification from a recognized automotive repair training program is preferred
