Our Internet Sales Representatives are passionate about making our customer interaction an unforgettable experience by offering support and guidance during the first steps of their journey. You will act as a guide throughout each customer’s experience. Whether through inbound calls, emails, text/or chats, we provide a simple and seamless process. While communicating effectively with preferred business partners, you will act as the face of Powersport Direct to ensure each customer has a positive and unforgettable buying experience. We work with the nation’s largest retailer of pre-owned motorcycles due to our honesty and transparency, and those same traits will help you succeed, too.

Ability to multitask between multiple tools and systems

Performance mindset.

Setting appointments for customers to visit our closest preferred motorcycle provider through overcoming objections, active listening, empathy, professionalism, scripting, and problem-solving.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

The ability to set and achieve sales goals and performance metrics.

Able to work weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

Ability to work independently but works well as a team and seeks leadership support when necessary.

Interacts with customers via telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face to assist with various customer inquiries and issues. Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard, and mouse.GREAT PERKS AND BENEFITS
