We are looking for a versatile Sales & Marketing Representative to help drive business growth and brand awareness. This role combines sales expertise with marketing savvy, making it ideal for a creative self-starter skilled in building client relationships and promoting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Identification : Proactively research and identify new business opportunities within your designated territory, targeting potential clients who can benefit from our janitorial services.

Lead Generation : Utilize various strategies and tools to generate high-quality leads, including networking, outreach, and leveraging available resources.

Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospective clients.

Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging and informed presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our janitorial services.

Negotiation and Closing : Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to meet both client and company objectives, ultimately securing contracts and closing deals.

Client Relationship Management : Foster and nurture relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Additional Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow Ludega’s client base.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Create and implement targeted marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the team to create tailored proposals and presentations.

Manage social media accounts and produce content to increase brand visibility.

Track and report on sales and marketing metrics, adjusting strategies to meet goals.

Represent Ludega at industry events and networking opportunities.

Analyze Ludega's past sales data to revive lost/sleeping clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in facility services or B2B.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM and marketing software.

Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute marketing campaigns.

Results-driven, with excellent negotiation skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Computer &Tech savvy.
