Job Description: Sales Designer for Plants & Living Walls (Plant Peddler)
Location: Denver Metro, CO + Morrison, CO

Position Summary:
As a Plant Escape Salesperson + Designer (Plant Peddler), you will help us grow our business with outbound sales in and around the Denver metro. Your daily activity will include calling leads you generate to our target clients (in person and over the phone). We typically sell to architects, general contractors and property managers of commercial office buildings and apartment complexes. We also rent plants for tradeshows and conferences. You'll need to establish relationships with local architects, developers and event coordinators. You will meet with potential clients, design and suggest the best plants and decorative containers for their space, create and deliver proposals and ensure there is a smooth handoff to our operations team. You'll need to have your own, dependable vehicle to drive from one location to the next.
This is a results driven position. We will help you succeed, but you will have to put in the work.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation - Build Relationships with Event Coordinators & Architects
Learn the common plants and details of our Living Walls and our sales process
Recording daily activities and client information in a CRM
Create Proposals and Invoices for new clients
Be the face of our organization to our clients = Friendly, Fun, Helpful and Professional
Attend weekly Fractivities with other Gardonians from the Village
Requirements, Experience and Skills:
Must have a great attitude
Must have a great work ethic
Must be a self-starter with great communication skills
Strong level of empathy and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be a legal US citizen or have a valid green card

Weekly Pay
Base salary ($2,500 / month) + Commissions (rates vary based on lead source)
