DHE Computer Systems, LLC a Colorado based technology company, is seeking a qualified technical Service manager with proven leadership and managerial skills in the Technology industry. In addition, we are looking for experienced PC Service bench technician(s) to complement our services team. The ideal candidates must have passion to deliver a very high level of technical service and support to our valued customers. Customer service experience is a key factor in our interview selection process.

Some of the qualifications we are Looking for:
Real world experience assisting clients with deployment and maintenance of their technical assets.
HP, Dell and Lenovo client device service authorizations - Including client desktop support.
CompTia A+, Network A+, Server + Certifications preferred. One or more certifications.
Minimum 2+ Years of computer hardware and software experience using Microsoft solutions
Minimum 2+ Years of experience configuring servers, notebooks and desktop PCs
Excellent understanding of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems required
Office 365 Deployment and experience
Understanding of Google Chrome OS including OU deployment a huge plus!
Industry standard networking equipment such as Wireless AP's, Routers and Switches
Excellent communication and writing skills
Organized work ethic, professional appearance + Proven leadership skills
Ability to solve most technical problems very quickly using any or all resources available
Regular Duties Include:
Using industry standard imaging software to deploy Microsoft Windows based images
Deployment of Server(s) and client PCs including Notebooks, Desktops, Printers and Tablets
Deployment of Education Chromebook Devices
Configuring multiple network devices both on premise and in shop
Repairs of computer equipment on premise and on-site
Regular interaction with clients both via email, phone and in person
Provide a value to our clients providing technical support and sound advice
Coordination of items to be shipped and procured with warehouse team when necessary
Daily Service ticketing system updates and complete note taking
Delivery of Products and/or Services to our clients when deploying solutions
Zendesk service ticketing dashboard - Assist with remote support, client ticketing / support services
