Finish Carpentry Field Supervisor/Manager Wanted
Rapidly growing finish carpentry, door, and hardware installation company seeks foreman to supervise jobsites. Position will grow into higher level management for the right individual as performance is proven. Experience in construction, particularly interior trim carpentry, hollow metal and prehung doors, and hardware, both commercial and residential would be ideal. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are of vital importance. Personal values aligned with our company values, ethics, and business philosophy is critical. Ultimately compensation will be based on performance as opposed to experience. Successful applicants will likely start off in a reduced role and advance from there as skills and mind set are proven.
