Local HVAC Company is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Tech to join our team. Ideal candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and possess outstanding customer service skills. Qualifications:
Participates in major component replacement and evaluation of complex system problems
Performs preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs on both pneumatically controlled and digitally
controlled HVAC systems.
3-5 years residential HVAC experience a plus
Possess own basic hand tools
Experienced with AC, Furnace, Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Mini Splits, heat pumps, zone systems/zone controls
Ability to manage service calls
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Maintain service vehicle
NATE certification a plus
Ability to work independently
Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job
Must pass drug screening and background checks
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical systems for residential and light commercial
Responsibilities:
Service, repair and troubleshoot heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial
Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer expectations
Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to insure the overall efficiency of hvac systems
Position includes:

. Starting pay 70,000-100,000 per year depending on experience
