The Job:ÂOur Service Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Some days are pressure filled and youll need to remain flexible, resourceful, and efficient. Service Technicians may work with any of the following:
HVAC
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Drywall
Painting
Appliances
Exterior structures
Swimming pools The Details:ÂOur Service Technicians should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in apartment maintenance preferredÂ
Basic tools of the trade
EPA and CPO certifications a plus!
Be willing and able to work on-call Additional Information:Â
The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (on call required) Employment with Mission RockÂis contingent upon the successful completion of a drug test and background check
