He/she performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process. The Engineer may mentor junior level Software Engineers. He/she collaborates with other functional groups to conduct software design reviews. Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):- Designs, develops, and codes new application features
- Debugs, tests, and troubleshoots throughout the development processes
- Mentors junior level Software Engineers
- Modifies and codes software systems
- Analyzes potential problems and finds solutions to pressing issues
- Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant software development experience
- Intermediate experience with a relevant programming language (e.g., Java, Javascript, Groovy, etc.)
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively
- Ability to effectively absorb and apply peer feedback
- Effective problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- B.S./B.A. degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Frontend -> VueJS 2, Bulma
- Backend -> Java/Groovy, Kotlin, Spring Framework, Relational Database System, NoSQL
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $90,000 or more depending on experience
- Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
