Technical Support Representative
We are a leading Telecommunications Provider in Colorado
Essential job functions:
-Respond immediately, courteously and intelligently to customers phone, internet and computer issues.
-Troubleshoot customers phone and internet issues regarding both their PC or MAC and also troubleshoot their Cambium wireless connections.
-Handle incoming sales calls and schedule and coordinate with installation and service technicians
-Actively listen to and document the customer's needs and provide solutions to their questions and/or problems.
Skills Required:
-Extensive knowledge of MAC and PC Software and good basic knowledge of wireless networking to include Cambium and Ceragon Wireless equipment as well as Cisco Phone Systems.
-Must be able to multitask and handle multiple calls.
Position
-Full Time
-Pay rate: $13.00 to $15.00 hour depending on experience.
