Now Hiring PM for well-established Denver General Contractor!Our ideal candidate is an experienced and highly motivated, budget oriented individual who excels at communication, scheduling, and taking complete responsibility for a project-managing every aspect effectively and efficiently from award to closeout, coming in under budget and ahead of schedule.Well-qualified Candidates Are- Construction management professionals offering 5-15 years of experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience with a variety of ground-up product types - including commercial, medical office,institutional healthcare, renovations, hospital settings ranging from $1 -25 million
- Skilled at identifying project risks and proactively mitigating potentially negative outcomes.
- Engage and assist in providing solutions to problems that are presented and unifying key team members to advance the solution.
- Competent in writing scopes of work into subcontract exhibits.
- Skilled in billings to clients, change order and schedule management, and be highly organized.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-driven leaders with a growth mindset, unshakable integrity and a commitment to excellence, who can drive outcomes and own the results.
- Tech savvy, with proficiency using Bluebeam, CMiC, Procore, Ebuilder, Avetta, and the entire MS Office Suite.
