Project Coordinator - 6 month plus contract role through end of 2020; extension in 2021In this role the person would manage CPE certifications, facilitate meetings, produce and send out meeting minutes, following up on issues that arise during certifications, working directly with the vendors and the engineers, and make sure all issues have been resolved prior to handing off the certification to our operations team. Jira is used extensively for ticket creation, and managing certifications including the vendor issue tickets. Product management and upper level management in IAE will be included during certain certifications depending on their priority. We also work in Chalk/Confluence for tracking of bugs, and certifications statuses. The certification team plays an integral part for IAE to make sure the equipment Charter places in people’s homes works as expected which reduces customer complaints and truck rolls for service calls.
