We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join our client's rapidly expanding expense management company for a remote position. Our client is a revolutionary, subscription-based software provider of IT Expense Management and IT Finance Management (ITFM) solutions. They help companies manage IT assets and expenses related to mobile, telecom (fixed / voice & data), and cloud. They've earned a spot on the Inc. 5,000 fastest-growing companies for the last two years and are looking to expand their amazing team.The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for working with clients both pre-sales and post-sales, creating solutions for client issues, solving business objectives, and helping the team build an amazing product. Part of this role also includes working with non-technical stakeholders to understand business objectives and figure out the best way to bring those ideas into our infrastructure. Someone who will thrive in this role will have a passion for using ServiceNow to solve business problems. Strong communication skills and ServiceNow skills are required. Responsibilities Be a member of the ServiceNow team! Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand root issues and come up with elegant solutions Troubleshoot Client and Operational issues Collaborate with sales, clients, operations, project management, and other teams to establish solutions, timelines, specifications, and budget Solution, develop, implement, architect, document, and take a project/problem from concept to completion Define, analyze, and document requirements. Code those requirements through the development cycle. Challenge business to think outside the normal processes and promote efficiency in the way of doing business Identify business strengths and opportunities and offer recommendations based on research for areas of improvement Participate in daily standups Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met about coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system softwareRequirements: 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture 4+ years of ServiceNow administration 3+ years of ServiceNow CMDB, asset, and app engine experience 2+ years of ServiceNow Portal (Angular, Seismic) 2+ years in ServiceNow app engine ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plus Good communication and communicate effectively Critical thinking, a love to solve problems, and a drive to make things better. Experience with Jira, UEM, AWS, Java, Python is a plus Experience with any scripting language is a plus (python, PowerShell, etc) A technical and business mindset with great attention to detail Experience in TEM or ITFM or IT is a plusCompensation and Benefits: Our client offers a comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits package.
