- Bridge technical delivery and business teams to ensure readiness of requirements for handoff to begin grooming and development.
- Manage and standardize tools and systems used to manage business requirements and rules using Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira.
- Meet weekly with wireframe teams to align on current status and issues.
- Align wireframe team focus based on priority and requirements readiness.
- Standardize and improve wireframe processes to increase delivery speed.
- Facilitate handoff timing of completed wireframes to development teams.
- Host regular reviews of existing business rules and requirements meetings with product managers and business analysts to refine and update.
- Lead leadership review and approval of business rule changes.
- Review project requirements to identify and document impacts to business rules.
- Regularly communicate status of business rules to stakeholders.
- Become subject matter expert on current business rules and requirements processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Business, System, or Integration Analyst 4+
- Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance
