Our leading client in Englewood is seeking a dedicated Operations Analyst to provide the organization with analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.Salary: $67K Responsibilities of the Operations Analyst: - Collect data from multiple sources
- Measure and track web traffic, marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Work with eComm and marketing teams to define success metrics
- Recommend web page optimization based on metric performance
- Stay up to date on the latest digital trends and continuously innovate
Requirements of the Operations Analyst: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Analyst
- Extensive experience setting up and analyzing multivariate testing
- Strong analytical background, ability to analyze data to make content decisions
- Data reporting experience in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Front end web metrics analysis: website traffic/reporting analytics
- eCommerce experience
- Tableau experience is a plus
