- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall
- Familiarity with CM/build tools such as Jenkins , Bamboo and Subversion
- Ability to release software changes cost effectively
- Familiarity of object oriented programming design patterns
- Strong team player motivated by team success
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Fluency in object oriented languages like: Java, C , C#
- Strong mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra and numerical methods
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances
- Experience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated build
- Experience with embedded systems and designing & developing software that interacts with hardware
- Experience in Agile development
- Proficient with data structures
- Automate testing and command execution using a scripting language ( e.g. Python, Shell Script, etc )
