responsibilities:

Responsible for developing SQL Databases, writing SQL Queries, troubleshooting databases, installation, support and maintenance of the database platforms across the organization. This position will be responsible for applying new releases and upgrades and supporting all products. Creates and manages multiple databases, table spaces and SQL packages. Maintains databases up to current security standards. Enhance and improve, monitors, tunes, diagnoses, resolves problems with databases and their performance. Develops and maintains a backup and recovery strategy for all databases. Establishes standards and procedures.
