RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with a client in Englewood, CO that is in need of a User Experience Specialist 4.
Summary:In this role, the User Experience Specialist 4 will partner with project teams to create effective, usable and satisfying user experiences with information technology. This role oversees user-centered design activities that actively involve users throughout all phases of a project to ensure product usability, and guides or conducts user research through interviews, field studies and surveys. The User Experience Specialist 4 oversees the definition of complex user requirements and usability goals, and oversees the creation of user interaction design alternatives for complex requirements and conveys designs by building prototypes. This position leads or conducts usability tests, heuristic evaluations or other reviews to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the designs, and leads or conducts the diagnosis and analysis of complex usability issues and refines designs or recommends changes.In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (-the Act-) (C.R.S. S 8-5-101 et seq.), Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job-related factors, including Kforce client requirements where applicable, is between $58-69/hr.REQUIREMENTS: Familiar with customer journey mapping Design Thinking Experience supporting a Customer Success and/or Customer Support in a CX Role Customer and/or user research experience for software solutions Experience with CX digital metrics (behavioral, customer effort score, customer satisfaction) Self-starter - building CX capability in new business area Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
