The ideal candidate will come from a media or telecom background and have professional experience working as both a Product Owner and Scrum Master. - Act as the Product Owner/ Scrum Master for Agile Software Development teams across the globe.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business sponsor, SMEs, development teams and IT departments) to ensure goals are clear and aligned to business objectives
- Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that delivers maximum value for the business while adhering to company strategy
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories for agile teams to implement
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Communicate with stakeholders so they understand when key features will be available
- Communicate product features and functionality with clarity
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the correction (or not) of defects
- Manage the scrum ceremonies, evaluate project/product progress, and communicate status & risks appropriately
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement training and communications that allow stakeholders to better understand the products and associated changes
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
