Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

Location: Denver, CO

Responsibilities:
  • Build and document detailed technical requirements for systems, applications, integration(s), and new products
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
  • Create targeted system analysis documentation for architecture teams and executives, including design and interface considerations, data analysis and systems testing

Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
  • 6 years’ experience in systems analysis and integration
  • Experience in Cable/Telecom within business support systems.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Agile SDLC
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies
  • and 2-3 years’ experience in JIRA.
  • Experience in Business Process Modeling Notation a plus
  • Experience with LucidCharts
  • Understanding of modern script and coding languages;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and still meet deadlines;
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions;
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills;
  • Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment;

Compensation and Benefits:For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate’s level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $70,000 to $82,000/yr.Our competitive salaries are just one component of Excelacom’s total compensation package for our regular full-time employees.
