Job Description:We are looking for a Technical Analyst to work with our cross-functional team to lead end-to-end test validation activities as well as help to drive overall solution delivery for our client's WiFi line of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of wireless products, systems, and concepts (Mobile and WiFi)
  • Develop an understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of the client product
  • Leverage technical requirements (HLD, sequence diagrams, and process flows) to create o end-to-end test scenarios and use cases
  • Cross-functional testing planning and test execution efforts (performing test execution expected)
  • Work with development and testing partners to obtain delivery statuses, identify delivery risks and their impact to test plans and when necessary, create risk mitigation plans.
  • Be able to understand and communicate both business and technical problems to a technical and non-technical audience
  • As knowledge is gained, become a representative for aligned projects with reduced oversight from direct management

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in technical or business degree
  • 2 to 4 years of technical analysis and technical consulting related to telecommunications
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and explain architectural solutions and sequence diagrams
  • Flexible and adaptable in regard to task assignments and learning new technologies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Must be a team player, able to work closely with cross-functional delivery teams
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, flexibility and comfort in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
  • Self-starter/self-directed
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools: Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Align, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate’s level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $60,000 to $80,000/yr.Our competitive salaries are just one component of Excelacom’s total compensation package for our regular full-time employees.
