If you love organization and enjoy working across teams, be sure to contact us today.Major responsibilities- Create project schedules, maintain job files, track and monitor progress, route projects, and conduct status meetings- For every project, ensure the most necessary elements are delivered in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints- Lead an efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments Requirements - It's required that candidates have an a clear understanding of project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications- Able to exercise independent judgement and act on it- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification- It's a plus if you have a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification- Communicate with executive management, team members, business and technology professionals via both written and oral methods- Effective project management skills- Comprehensive knowledge of project management- Capacity to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development- An understanding of system projects in a key accounting role is preferentialQualified candidates, please apply here and you may also reach out to Marc Geyer at Robert Half Marketing and Creative.
