- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, master’s degree in business is preferred.
- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in Infrastructure products: Servers, Storage, Networking.
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience coordinating multiple teams within large organizations
- Must be able to independently manage time and project execution needs which may span multiple sites and countries simultaneously
- Ability to work with a small cross-functional team, as well as team members from other areas of the organization including those in other nations
- Computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, timeline projection, and databases (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Project, and Access)
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and new systems as needed
- Manage group progress reviews and development planning in line with innovation goals
- Able to travel up to 10-25%, including international travel
