- Provide technical knowledge in the design, development, implementation/installation, maintenance, and support of PingFederate application
- Troubleshoot & resolve issues with PingFederate application
- Provide 24/7 application support as part of a rotating on-call schedule
- Able to perform effective Incident Management from incident start through resolution, partnering with Development to determine root causes, and driving rigorous Problem Management to follow through on actions
- Proactive issue identification and resolution
- Own the production environment, monitoring availability and ensure a holistic system

- Triage and Remediate production systems
- Resolve issues within SLA
- Achieve 90% automation and reduce manual intervention
- Be the primary operational support engineer for multiple large distributed critical software applications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology development or infrastructure
- Experience with Identity management softwares like PingFederate, Okta, SecureAuth
- Experience with API
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with databases and SQL fundamentals
- Experience with IT security concepts and IT-Networking protocols
- Knowledge on AWS concepts like EC2, EKS, S3, Lamda, Load Balancing, Route 53, ECS, VPC, Security Group, Subnet, Cloudtrail, Cloudwatch, IAM etc.
- Knowledge on CICD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Dockers, Containers
- Knowledge on Dynatrace, Logz.io
