Massage Envy Spa in (location) is looking for an experienced retail sales supervisor to join our team!
We are looking for friendly, positive, goal-oriented person with a passion for great customer service & team building to fill a full time position to run the daily clinic operations.
The Business Manager must ensure that all tasks are completed in an accurate, efficient and positive manner, including membership sales goals and daily front desk operations, client servicesetc.
Principal duties include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the clinic
Achieving all membership and retail sales goals
Managing sales associates, therapist and esthetician staff
Training and monitoring the performance of sales associates
Creating and maintaining staff and therapist work schedules
Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/ guests upon arrival and selling memberships
Maintaining professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and members/ guests
Assist with generating sales reports and maintaining inventory
Must be available to work evenings and weekend shifts
Experience required:
College education preferred
Management, sales and/or marketing experience is required
Sales experience in service/retail industry
Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create a winning team
Able to communicate up-line information to Owners and Director of Operations
Competent trainer and motivator
