We are a Plumbing & Heating company in Fort Collins looking for a full time Project Manager.
A four year college degree and/or experience is preferred but not required. The right individual can be trained. You must have a clean driving record for the last five years or more.
Our PMs manage multiple new commercial and residential projects from the time we are awarded the job until the warranty period has been fulfilled. This includes but is not limited to:
processing material orders, RFIs, change orders, submittals, etc.
ensuring your foremen have what they need to successfully run their jobs & adhere to project schedule (i.e. blueprints, submittals, manpower, material, equipment, etc.)
maintaining schedules of values and monthly billing
communicating and building good, working relationships with general contractors & other trades
ability to understand contracts and scope of work
promptly resolve any issues that may come up with your jobs
submit close out documents and handle warranty requests
The right candidate for this job is organized, dependable and punctual. You must be an effective communicator, both verbally and written. Compensation depends on experience. Benefits include PTO, insurance and 401k matching.
