Evening Front Desk Description:
The employee will check in guests, they will be accountable for charging cards and directing guests to the correct rooms. During the shift, they will need to complete a routine cleaning on the office area and laundry room. The employee must be able to lift 25lb minimum, and understand basic computer skills for the reservation system. Informing guests about our services and our policies regarding the property. They will provide exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain a clean work environment. Employee will need to dress in correct attire, which will be disclosed during the interview process.
Night Audit Description:
The employee will check in guests, they will be accountable for charging cards and directing guests to the correct rooms. During the shift, they will need to complete a routine cleaning on the office area and laundry room. The employee must be able to lift 25lb minimum, and understand basic computer skills for the reservation system. They will be in charge of running night audit, setting up breakfast, and printing out housekeeping lists for the next day. The employee will need to be able to clean the outside property such as: trash removal, debris removal from parking lot, and ensuring all smoking stations be refilled/cleaned.

We are excited to find new employees and help train them to understand our drive to ensure all customers recieve exceptional customer service. All employees are allowed for review of raise every 3 months, all new employees will be trained at $13.00 and be raised to 13.50 after their first month after training. Approx. 35 days.
