RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Customer Project/Program Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Ft. Collins, CO. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.

Overview: The Technical Solution Manager will lead the definition and delivery of solutions that provide foundational capabilities that will be leveraged by multiple development teams. This includes solution areas such as Containerization, Performance, Security, Continuous Deliver Pipeline and Infrastructure aaS.

Responsibilities: Customer Project/Program Manager will independently lead and drive a 12+ month roadmap for key enabling technology solution areas Synthesize solution requirements from intimate software development as well as business and industry acumen Customer Project/Program Manager will work closely with architects and technical leads to identify cross solution improvement areas Document and champion the business value and time criticality of identified investment areas Customer Project/Program Manager will drive epic definition and prioritization of associated work

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study 3 years of experience working in DevOps software development 2 years of Epic and Feature definition and backlog management experience 2 years of business analysis or product management experience Scaled agile software development experience a plus Technical understanding and knowledge of digital support and service industry desired Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to simplify technical complexity Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies, from developer to SVP Extensive team skills in and international setting with the ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others for complex, ambiguous projects A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
